    科研团队简介:(基本先容,商讨标的,实质,特出效果等。)

     “功绩危害识别与规矩”湖北省要点实验室“环境毒理学”商讨团队,现存“楚天学者”特聘西宾1东说念主,西宾2东说念主,副西宾2东说念主,讲师2东说念主,高档实验师1东说念主,博士学位教师占比100%,45岁以下教师占比90%,60%的教师有出洋留学学历或资历。

    在“健康中国 2030”配景下,本商讨团队已在环境内分泌侵扰物(EDCs)、稀土元素等对东说念主群健康影响的商讨鸿沟变成四个褂讪的科研标的:1)EDCs理解影响男性生殖健康标的,要点海涵DEHP、重金属、双酚A等致男性生殖系统毁伤及男性不育的机制,高出是纤毛内输送关联卵白(IFT)转念精子发生进程的机制;2)生命早期重金属和EDCs理解对胎儿和婴幼儿早期孕育发育的影响,要点海涵金属钒、锰、对羟基苯甲酸酯和三氯生的胚胎和子代发育毒性;3)环境颗粒物对呼吸系统毁伤相配机制商讨标的,要点海涵颗粒物主要组分(炭黑颗粒)对呼吸系统纤毛结构的影响,相配在慢性呼吸功能唠叨性疾病中的作用;4)稀土元素理解对女性生殖健康及子代孕育发育的影响,要点海涵镧系元素致女性卵巢子宫毁伤、胚胎移植失败的机制,以及母体镧理解春联代生殖发育的影响。

    本团队已获“环境内分泌侵扰物与东说念主群健康”湖北省高校优秀中后生科技创新团队、国度当然科学基金、湖北省当然科学基金特出后生名目等17项国度级、省部级基金资助,并与北京大学环球卫生学院、武汉市疾控中心等单元签署永恒相助左券。获湖北省科技跨越奖4项,报告发明专利4项。团队中枢成员以第一或通信作家发表高水平论文80余篇,其中一区TOP期刊10篇,一区及二区期刊22篇,中华系列杂志13篇。

     “环境毒理学”商讨团队依托环球卫生与退缩医学一级学科硕士学位授权点,现存用房总面积650m2。领有国表里先进的科研、分析检测仪器和开垦,价值约1000余万元,其中价值大于10万元的开垦8台套。包括:流式细胞分析仪、及时荧光定量PCR仪、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜、卵白纯化系统、核酸纯化系统等;领有老例的生物样本检测、毒理靶标考证、细胞与分子生物学检测分析、细胞培养、显微口头学不雅察等实验室条目。

    石玉琴,武汉科技大学环球卫生学院西宾,流行病学与卫生统计学教研室主任,硕士商讨生导师。2010.6从华中科技大学同济环球卫生学院博士商讨生毕业,2016.9-2017.9行动看望学者到英国兰卡斯特大学谨慎一年。现为武汉市退缩医学会理事、湖北省退缩医学会流行病学分会常务委员、健康风险评估专科委员会常务委员、环境卫生学专科委员会委员。当今主要从事环境内分泌侵扰物的生殖毒性商讨,曾主合手1项国度当然科学基金、1项湖北省当然科学基金和多项湖北省卫健委和提拔厅科研名目,近五年发表三十余篇科研论文,其中SCI论文17篇,肯求国度发明专利2项。

    柳赟昊,副西宾,硕士商讨生导师。主要从事环境内分泌侵扰物与男性不育症及精子发生的机制商讨。主要商讨实质包括:(1)自噬转念精子鞭毛变成和精子发生进程的机制;(2)重金属镉、有机磷阻燃TDCIPP等典型环境内分泌侵扰物致雄(男)性生殖毒性的作用机制。近5年,主合手湖北省当然科学基金名目1项和湖北省提拔厅科学工夫商讨名目1项,参与国度当然科学基金名目和湖北省当然科学基金特出后生名目3名目,以第一/共一或通信作家在国表里学术期刊(中华男科学杂志、Autophagy、Reproduction等)发表科研论文9篇。获湖北省科技跨越奖三等奖1项、国度发明专利1项。

    吴传莎,女,武汉科技大学环球卫生学院讲师。2018年毕业于华中科技大学服务卫生与环境卫生学专科获医学博士学位,2018年7月到2021年7月在华中科技大学作念博士后,主要从事典型环境内分泌侵扰物及金属理解与胎儿和婴幼儿孕育发育的商讨。近5年以一作发表SCI论文6篇(含共同第一),其中中科院一区Top论文5篇,包括Environ Health Perspect(1篇)、Environ Sci Technol(2篇)、Environ Int(1篇)、J Hazard Mater(1篇)。频年来行动主要参与东说念主参与国度当然科学基金首要商讨考虑要点救助名目、科技部国度要点研发考虑、国度当然科学基金要点名目和环境保护公益性行业科研专项。参与的《金属浑浊物的健康风险评估枢纽工夫与防控对策》获湖北省科技跨越一等奖。
